FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75.00!

We make every effort to ship your order by the next business day. In the event we are unable to do so, we will contact you by email or telephone.

For orders under $75.00, we charge a flat rate of $7.00 for shipment within the United States. For international orders, we charge $13.00. 

We do offer expedited shipping, where available, for $25.00. 

In the United States, shipment will take 3-7 business days. 

 

RETURNS POLICY:

We understand that computer monitors display colors differently. We have made every effort to photograph colors precisely, however an exact match is rarely possible. 

Unused yarn can be returned within 45 days of purchase. Please keep in mind that hanks that have been wound into balls cannot be returned. Yarns in sealed packages will not be accepted for return if the packaging is broken. 

Books, patterns, and magazines cannot be returned.  

Sale items are not returnable.

Customer must cover costs of shipping.

In the event that goods arrive to you in a damaged state, we will replace the items. Please return the items to us with a note, and we will reimburse you for the shipping incurred in the return.

Items purchased online cannot be returned to the Nantucket store and must be mailed to the address below.
